Sleeping Under The Stars

There is a road in Dixon that has one ceramic studio that I like to visit. While I am there I always walk down the road a little further to the river. This time I saw something hidden among the trees. As I walked down a little further I came across this tee pee. Wouldn't this be a great place to sleep outside under the stars?

Maybe not in late November, but I would try it in a milder season...

So lovely - I haven't slept outdoors since my teenage years (long ago:)

Absolutely. Though a hogan would do as well...

Curious artwork on the canvas! The style of the tipi favors the Plains Tribes.

Fabulous, and what great colors! I know some children that would love that teepee!

If you sleep in the tent you can't see the stars!

My kids, when they were younger, would have loved that. My grandkids now would love it. Me? Well, my idea of roughing it is the Marriott Waterside Hotel in Tampa. :-)

'Tis is gorgeous teepee, though!

Those are great for sleeping outdoors. Never pass up a chance to sleep in one if you get it.
