Campus Sculpture

This is one of the many sculptures found on the University of New Mexico campus. It's a steel sculpture called Cultural Crossroads of the Americas by Bob Haozous. You can't miss it as your driving by.

P.S Thank you all for the birthday wishes, you are all the best.

Interesting Randy, though they have what looks like planes flying into prominent towers!

Oh, I like this. It's a wonderful graphic of two cultures existing side-by-side. Very dramatic!

It looks like sit tells a story Randy. Like the rusty look of it.

Very nice! Cut outs are wonderful, especially when you have that Santa Fe sky showing through.

I wouldn't have thought of this as a sculpture. Just goes to show that we all need to broaden our knowledge base. I like it, of course, because it's rather rusty looking.

I like this one, it's like a mural made of steel.

Much more pleasing to see than a common billboard. Beautiful!

Very nice!
To me, New Mexico with it's many cultures and people living and working side by side, contributes much to the beauty and mystique of the state!

I can't find any more specific name for this kind of work, but it is unusual and very good!
