One Day

When I say this little tree in the middle of all of these trees I was reminded of being a kid and thinking "One day I will be as big as you." The things that go through your mind when your out on a hike.

All kinds of things go through one's mind on hikes like this because our mind is quiet and influenced by nature ad the beauty around us, I think!

I love hikes and nature walks for just that reason - letting your mind wander and think about whatever comes up.

I love the logic of kids. :)
These are my favorite kind of trees, the tall skinny ones that look like they're stretching straight up to heaven. Really nice capture.
