Eat Your Greens

Greens are in abundance at the Farmer's Market right now. If your looking to make a nice salad this is one stop you won't want to miss.

And this is one stop I wouldn't miss 'cause I love salads and can't find greens like this in our supermarkets.

I like to stir fry them with garlic, ginger and soy sauce. That kills any germs which you run in to if you grow them with natural manure.
