Bare Trees and Bench

I caught this downtown over the weekend. I was drawn by the bare Aspens.

Quick note: I started a new class a few weeks ago on Wednesday nights. I get home a little late and I might not be able to visit your blogs. I will do my best but please excuse my absence if I don't show up. Have a great day!

Bonjour dear friend,
This picture is a beautiful composition.Anyway I imagine it's really cold there to enjoy the bench and read a book! :)
Good luck in your new classes!
Go go go! :) lots of good energies to your heart.By my side I can say it's a relief that I've done all my school tests and now "some vacations"!
I really need a time far away of school.
hugs
Léia

wow - I love how the blue of the bench picks up the blue tones
in the snow and in return they pick up the white tones in the
trees ... all hitting you at once - why I love photography!!

That is a loooong bench. I hope it doesn't eventually get saggy in the middle.

Going to school is time consuming and difficult sometimes, so take your time posting on Wednesdays!

The bench is an attractive blue...and I enjoy your reference to the aspens.

I would love to sit on that bench to rest and people watch if I could.

You're excused but could you bring a note from your professor? Heh, heh!

Nice shot. I would not sit on that bench in the winter time, however. My rear is designed for warmth and comfort.

I like the feeling this pic gives me. Waiting! Everything seems to waiting on the Sun. The snow so it can melt, the bench to be warmed so it's sitters will return, and the aspens for new leaves! Wonderful pic.

The things in this picture all combine to make a pretty winter scene.
I remember those evening classes, from way back when.

Lovely composition, Randy.

Very minimalist. Spot on composition, even to the point of shifting the bench over and including the electrical box. Well done Randy.

I like this shot. The colors and composition are very nice. It looks like it would be a great place to sit in the spring and watch the people go by.

Great still life. I love that with the blue bench AND the white trees standing tall behind, keeping an eye on it.
