Dulce

When out and about on the weekends I try to support some of the small businesses in town. Dulce is a wonderful little coffee shop that serves some of the best desserts. It's a nice place to take a good book and enjoy a good cup of coffee or tea.

I love little coffee shop places where no one will find you but the book you have along. If you see a woman with brown hair and a paperback sitting nearby, be sure to wink and smile. I'll appreciate the comradery. :)

I bet it's hot out there on the red chairs, any chance of something cold to drink?

I, too, love to support Mom and Pop hometown establishments. You meet the nicest people in these places. I love the pop of red from the chairs.

This made me think of the little coffee place I stopped in at near the big grocery store while in Santa Fe earlier this year. Egads, I can't remember the name but you knew at the time. Yay for the little guys!

The small businesses are the best. And hiding out in them is my favorite thing to do....

I love this kind of tip as to where to go in town. Now next time I am in Santa Fe and have a hankering for something nice and gooey to eat, I know where to go. Maybe I'll see you there!

A sweet shoppe! But in the heat, I'd prefer a cold brew... :-)

I agree Randy, it's always good to support local business, and if the coffee and pastries are good, all the easier to do!!

Coffee shops are the best. I remember my Dad going to the coffee shop to meet with his friends and letting me tag along.

What's the meaning of "Dulce" anyway?
