This is my last parade shots. I took this at the beginning of the parade. To me this poor horse looked as if he was ready for the end of the parade. I hope your Monday is a happy one.
The rider has a very tight reign on this horse. Perhaps the horse is high spirited as most horses of this breed are, and needs a heavy hand to keep it under control. It does look sad.

He looks both tired and sad. A bit resigned to his fate. Have a good week, Randy.

Wilbur take me home!
he's beautiful!
You are right! Have a great week as well.
Yep that feller looks like he wants a nap. I've really enjoyed all these parade shots Randy.
what a beauty.
That's a great shot Randy! It would appear the horse is not having a good day. : )
He does look like he's had quite enough of this marching down the street.
I hope they didn't wear him out too much. These poor animals.

"I really do not want to be doing this."
He looks very tired and unhappy... It is a sad picture of an otherwise very happy event.

Oh I was thinking the same thing - and what a beautiful animal!
I love white horses, he's a beauty Randy..tired or not :)
I hope we are just humanizing how he looks... we have a tendency to do that sometimes. :)
His only wish: back to the stable.
Well I hope he gets a well deserved rest after the parade. MB
Time for rest, I guess.
Love the way you cropped this beautiful horse.
