I stumbled upon this tree while on one of my snow hikes that had these interesting blooms that were still hanging on. I kept walking but some lyrics to an Annie Lennox song kept running through my head. So I made sure to search it out on my way back.

Do and be done with me

Aloha Where You Like Go?
Good choice, strange how some things stick.
Beautiful.
For me, this photo symbolizes hope. :)
I like these closeup shots.
Gosh Randy, this is so poetic, Annie' words AND your image together, j'adore.
An interesting one!
Love the Eurythmics.
So quiet and peaceful.
Pretty, pretty...
great annie song! :) love the shot, too.
An interesting fading bloom to go with lovely Annie's words.
Last years faded memory! Catchy tune lyrics!
Not so cold here, but it is still raining!
Perfect song to have in your head at this moment!
Beautiful close-up Randy!!!
Greetings, Essi
Funny how the mind works. Nice one!
Nice composition, Randy.
Remnants of a warmer time.
Looks like proper winter! (Oddly warm here). Love Annie Lennox and this photo together.
So beautiful image, very well captured!

Maple tree "helicopters" are pretty, but not so much fun to rake up. :)
This is stunning, Randy! What a wonderful close-up! We have those maple "helicopters" here as well. And I know what you mean about a song being stuck in your head.
