Christmas On Delgado Street.

Looks like I caught a little of everything in this shot of an art gallery on Delgado Street with crosses Canyon Road. We have a bench for VP of Livorno Daily Photo. A Christmas wreath and some Faralitos or as some call the Luminarias on the roof which shine brightly at night. Some snow and a small hint of the sky in the window reflection.

Wishing you all a wonderful weekend. I am off to Albuquerque to finish off some holiday shopping.

Despite all the snow, it seems a warm place.
Have a good weekend (and shopping) Randy! ;-)

Yes full of interesting details. we don't see the snow at first. And not an easy picture to take with such a bright light.

There certainly is a lot to see in this image Randy, I like the little patch of blue sky through the window. Enjoy your weekend.

Not much snow left, is there? After following your blog for sometime now, I think that one of your favorite spots is Canyon Road. Right? Lots of good photo ops!

The luminarias interest me. I first ran into them in Houston in the early 80s. Then people in our old neighborhood in Ocala would put them out on Christmas Eve.

It's an old Spanish tradition, I think. They sell plastic ones here, but we always used paper bags filled 1/2 way with sand into which we stuck a candle.

Well composed with lots of elements included. The simple wreath and snow announces the Christmas Season. Enjoy your trip to the big town!!

I love this time of year in the Southwest, with the farolitos and adobe buildings, and sometimes snow.

Like all the detail this picture holds. For some reason I find it funny to see a wreath in such a sunny "adobed" spot:)
Hope your shopping trip went well. I just got back from the city in one piece:)
Now I would like to sit on that bench....

The contrast between the snow and the clear blue sky catches my attention, along with the shadows and the luminaria. I love luminaria!

yes, you've captured a bit of shadow, a great reflection, some Christmas spirit, and snow. I'm longing for some of that snow. The Faralitos on the roof must be a sight to see after dusk. there's a wonderful flavor to this photo. happy weekend to you Randy.
