One of this guy's little miniature paintings would look nice in my place. I like the "behind the back" shot.

I like the peek over the shoulder of the artist.

In Santa Fe every corner gives inspiration so is no wonder people are painting everywhere. Till I have not been there, I couldn't believe such a place exists! No wonder, Santa Fe is "the place different".

Adobe....seems I saw a lot of it on my trip south. And my wishing thought was...I wish adobe would stand up to my Alberta climate. They're beautiful.

It looks like she's painting a little home! Oh, dang, bummer I missed the recycled art fest. Hope you'll be posting pics! Double dang it, I won't be able to make it to the pottery show either- silly work schedule! Maybe the sale @ SFclay.

The inspiration is everywhere in Santa Fe!

I could stand there all day watching him, well maybe not all day but for a long time anyway.

I, too, like your angle on this one, Randy!

Looks to me like he is doing a fine job with his painting. Noticed it will be a fall pic from the color of his trees.

I would do a lot of adobe paintings if I lived in Santa Fe and had any skills, which I definitely don't! :-)

I would not mind having that painting! Looks lovely and you photographed the activity quite well! (I've been in a bit of a funk lately without either posting or commenting, but thought I'd make a few comments today.)

Santa Fe is certainly an artist's paradise. I'm wondering if he's working from memory or a photo...I don't see such a building in the background.

Bonjour Randy! Not my style but who am I to critisize, a 6 year-old draws better than I do!

I wonder how they paint without resting their hand.
