One of my favorite things...

One thing that I like to do on Sunday is to shop our local bookstores. Collected Works in the downtown area is great place to scope out new reads, have a nice cup of coffee and maybe a danish or two. Not that I need to be but this window display drew me in.

Good work, Randy! I also like to spend time in the bookshops. I remember that years ago, when in US, I walked for my first time in a Borders bookshop and I was enchanted by the concept. Now we have this type of bookshops in my town too.

I want that book!

It would draw me in, also. And I'll meet you there. May take me awhile to get there, though. Save me a danish. Or maybe a swede? ;-)

Visite sempre o meu blog, será sempre bem vindo!
Abraço!

Randy, I almost forgot to answer you. I have a couple of TJ bags that I bought ages ago and didn't pay attention to what they now display. I will look in a few weeks when I head down there again.

I'm with you Randy - once I'm in I'm hooked for an hour or two! That window would have drawn me in too.

I love book stores and quite a few of them in my area of town have closed lately. Sad.

Local bookstores are so much fun, much more unique than the chain stores. Although I must admit I like Barnes and Noble too :)

I love bookstores! There's just a special feel to them for me. I'm sad to think they may become a thing of the past.
We're all agreed, you're right...you should deliver the wine just so nothing happens. Ramblin' Kathy says she's in too. :)

Browsing a bookstore and sitting for a bit with a cup of coffee are the best ways to spend a few hours.

I love bookstores (and danishes), too, Randy. That is something I have missed for the past twenty years - all our bookstores are French or German, with a tiny and very English 101 style English section.... meaning I read them all in the tenth grade. :(

If you see a woman in thin black glasses peering over the aisle at you from the modern poetry section, that's me. ;)
