It looks like it's been there a long while. A good number of businesses seem to be putting out bowls of water in the warmer months for passing dogs, which I find is a good idea.
Is it a dog bench? Ha I want to take it home.
And water for the dog!!
You can have a rest and your dog can have a drink!
So glad that there is water bowl for animals!
