SF Indian Market 7

This beautiful Corn Maiden sculpture is the work of Matthew Panana. This artist is from the Jemez Pueblo not far from here. I would love to see something like this created in person.

That is simply beautiful! Never been to the Jemez Pueblo. Must go there some time. I think I read, tho, that the actual pueblo is closed to tourists except during certain times, feast days, I think. Seems like I miss those days...hmmmm
