Sunset on San Francisco Street.

One of my favorite places to be when the sun is going down. San Francisco street will lead you into downtown and to the plaza. It's a great street to tourist watch too.

Cool shot! A few weeks ago I walked this street several times. I remember taking a picture of a building with three windows while I stood in front of the Eldorado hotel.(about 100 feet from where you took this shot)
There was a major Hollywood movie being filmed at the Plaza. The movie is called Odd Thomas and it's based on a Dean Koontz book.
Santa Fe is a really neat place!

Checkout my latest Weekend Reflection post and see if you can tell where I took the picture. :)

Yes, it is fun to tourist watch in Charleston too :^) We both live in cities that depend on tourist dollars. We have big cruise ships coming to town these days, which makes businesses happy, but not the denizens of the historic district.

Nice shot Randy. I 'm bummed out about the fires in the SF national forest. :( I've taken some photos... may do a blog post... so sad, and the fire fighters are spread so thin. Pray for rain...

Does look like a lovely place for a stroll...with maybe an ice cream cone. Then I would be the kind of tourist you would love to get a picture of. :)

You have tourists in Santa Fe?

This is one of the best times of day to take photos. Nothing like that soft late afternoon light.

Well done!
