Found this shot in my archives as you can see Spring had not sprung yet. Green River Pottery is a local pottery studio gallery close to my work. They have nice work that you can see here. At first I was drawn by the colorful building.
Looks pretty nice. I imagine a backwater village, with a person sitting on a chair, leaning his back to the wall, chewing on a grass piece. Thanks for the picture!
oh shoot, Randy... now you've just given me another place to go check out. I love that blue-green bowl- but it's definitely out of my price range! i can't wait to get back on the wheel next semester!
I just found your blog. My friend, Theo, is the potter at Green River. It's a great neighborhood. I lived in SF for several years and worked at a gallery on Canyon Road. It's fun to see your photos and have a vicarious visit again.
Hello Randy, thanks for noticing my place & posting a photo! Now, in September, I'm pretty proud of my morning glories & clematis vines...snap another pic! Also I'm proud of my newest work...inside the gallery...stop by someday! - Theo www.greenriverpottery.com

Ah, yes! You've taken us back in time before the heat arrived. :)
Oh they certainly do make lovely things there Randy, love the blue bowls. I can see how that building caught your eye, great colours.
Never been to your neck of the woods but, that's exactly how I envisioned some buildings would look like.
Very nice quality ceramics...
Happy Thursday!

The entire house is like a Pottery itself !
I can understand how the colors caught your eye. I'm surprised by the pop of green instead of blue. Surprises are always nice. :)
Everything is so beautiful in Santa Fe!
I think this could be one of my favorite stores.....and for some reason- I really lie the mailboxes on the wall!
Love that building! The pots are pricey though!
Nice! Thanks Randy for your kind words.
Ceramics, once I wanted to do. It must be interesting. Greetings.
I like their work! But their pottery is quite expensive...or maybe not. I know from nothing about pottery prices!
a wonderful color mix!
Another one of these enticing places! And yes, the pottery is lovely, I like those earthy tones.
I also love the pastel colours, they're lovely!
Randy, you live in an area with exuberant color and combinations and I love this combination!
