Stop and Listen

On the weekends you can always find something going on on the plaza. Everything from tourist shopping, skateboarders, people reading and on this day a little acoustic music. I love the weekends on the plaza

I agree that that place is a very vivid one! I have the same remembrance about the little park in the middle of the plaza.

What a great place to be on a summer day: under the shade of two big trees!

That looks like my kind of place...a great place to hang out and people-watch or people-listen. Cool shot, Randy.

Sorry about the fires and smoke. It sounds absolutely terrible!

I do too Randy, Love seeing the City street entertainment. Acoustic guitar would have been good to listen to.

No takers? I like to see a big crowd standing around. Maybe he is playing the wrong music?

This is something we won't see in Phoenix until the summer months have passed. :-(

It's a wonderful way to experience the joys of living in an artistic city. I can just feel the pleasant relaxing vibes from your image of the scene.

Wonderful scene. Happy Sunday!

Randy, I always forget to answer in my comments to you. The two head sculptures I posted yesterday did not have any info about the artist. I was curious since they were sitting on the racks if they are going to be permanently installed with name plates. This area is evolving daily so it is exciting to see what will come next. As alway thanks for your comments. Regina

Nice to have so many things to do! I'll leave the skateboarding to the others while I listen, read, shop and take photos!

Very cool. There were several musicians downtown, here yesterday at the Arts & Crafts Show.

Great, hopefully we agreed. This weekend I made a similar picture. It's a weekend idyll. I also love those moments. Peter.

I love the Plaza but sometimes find that it's way too crowded with tourists (like me!).
