Today is Farmer's Market day. A few weeks ago I heard this quartet playing at the market and I could not help but take a photo of the violinist. Truth, I am a sucker for violin and cello music. If someone is playing I will stop in my tracks just to take it all in.

Also like a good fiddle tune!
Love the way you snapped this fiddler!
This is a wonderful portrait; reminds me of some of the old master painters!
Excellent portrait! The action can be felt in this shot and I can almost hear his music. Beautifully composed and captured, Randy.

That's me and bagpipes. Drives Elenka CRAZY!
I like this....
and the way you focus on the violin.
Love the colors and the pose of this very nice portrait!
that's very cool.
Like it.
What a great picture! I like everything about it, the violin, the hat, the clothes...everything!
Me too! Nicely captured here Randy. Happy weekend to you.
Very nice capture Randy!
Love the colors and soft focus here. I'm a sucker for a cello too! One of my favorite pieces is "Adagio for Strings".
Good one, Randy! Love the atmosphere.
This is such a great shot Randy.
I too have this habit. I always stop when I come across any roadside musicians.
One such incident while strolling the streets of Asheville, NC.

You've certainly taken a very good photo of him, Randy. I love live music, of all sorts, but right this minute, I can't remember hearing many fiddles lately. They can make such wonderful melodies and also haunting sounds, too.
Great portrait, Randy!
Good music on the street.
Today I will see everything you have posted. I've been very busy :))
Great shot!!!
