Taos Mountain

The "Taos Mountain" is part of the Sangre De Cristo mountain range. The most central part of the Taos mountain, seen here, is part of the Taos pueblo. I shot this as I was walking toward the pueblo on Christmas Eve.

Is that snow atop? Or just white rock in the sun?

Beautiful clear blue sky above the snow-capped mountain. I bet the stars were beautiful at night.

It would appear the Taos pueblo is very popular! A great way and place to spend part of the holidays!

I re-worked your link and I adore your new place! I have lived in many different areas in the world, but never an adobe house. Many, many congrats to you, my blogger friend!

Sangre de Cristo range is another reason why I need to get myself over to your part of the world and that's Paul Simon's fault. The light is gorgeous.
