It seems like she stopped the lady making the phone call in mid-sentence too! That hat (?) would almost stop traffic.
Isn't that odd . . .
Lots of color on that woman. All she needed was a bird in her hair and she would have had the complete outside on her head. LOL
I bet the subject knew what flower-power is!
