Going my way.

This summer we are seeing more of these bike taxis all over downtown. Could be a second job, hmmm. Wishing you all a great start to your week. Happy Monday.

Depending on exactly how hot it was, that would be a cool way to keep fit and earn some spare dollars all at the same time Randy!

I don't think it is as hard as it looks... dixit our youngest who made some money two years ago with a rented pedi-cab!

They are all over my town!
Nice picture!

il n'y a pas encore beaucoup de Pedicabs en France, mais quand je suis a NYC, j'aime bien, c'est une autre facon de se promener dans la ville

Very nice! I could philosophize about that if you like... ;-)

Would be great exercise! :)

I like! But I think you'd have to be young and strong to do the job. I guess you are young and strong, though! Go for it. Just think of all the interesting photos you could take driving people around town!

It's one way to get in shape! (Sounds like hard work to me, though.)

It seems there are very different taxis everywhere nowadays and I like it. I never tire of looking at Santa Fe adobe architecture.

I am barely able to pedal for my own weight!

Now that looks like a lot of work!

That looks like it would be a pretty exhausting job. I've seen them on the streets of Santa Fe, but never with any passengers.

great leg muscles, for sure! :)

This is a great idea. You can see so much more from a bicycle than from a vehicle. But I would feel bad having someone doing all the work to get me around town.

Wow! That is a lot of biking .

Peddling an ice cream wagon might be more profitable.

It might be a good way to stay fit....for the driver that is.

It's hard work, that's for sure!

Are people using them? Does seem like a good idea.

I took a ride on one of those in Key West a few years back. The man peddling us had the biggest thighs--lots of muscle!

Cool, I'd love to go for a drive, as a passanger of course!
Have you tried it? ;-)

Would keep me fit but I'd rather do it in Iceland. The temps there would suit me better! :-)

this is a good job to keep in shape! now i'v got that lenny kravits song in my head!

ps: i've seen these little bike taxies in other places and would really feel self conscious that the driver would think i weighed too much lol

I agree with Tanya, what if too many people crammed onboard....

And why not? it would be a great way to get exercise, too!

A great way to ease some of the car traffic around the Plaza and the roads leading into the area!

5 or 6 years ago, we took a ride in Manhattan with a bike-powered cart like this. The driver had arrived from Siberia the day before and didn't know his way around the city. We had to tell him where to make the turns. It sure was a lot of hard work for him.
