I really like the atmosphere good street musicians can creat, and even more when it's outdoors. My fav is to sit on the stairs in front of Montmartre's Cathedral from where you can enjoy the views of the city of Paris and being entertained by good street musicians. It was magical! :D
For some reason I first read this as signing for tips. I thought the man standing there was doing sign language to interpret the songs. :) It's too early!!!
The guy in the back looks like a mafia dude... all dressed in black w/ hat & glove to match. Hey Randy, hope you're doing well. It seems like I am blogging less & less these days, but I wanted to come over & say hi & catch up. Hope your summer break is off to a good start!
Now that you are working near the plaza, you are going to go broke with all of the temptations. I hope the promotion carried a big pay increase with it!

Yes, I always admire such acts for their ability to sing and play music in public- great capture, Randy.
Nice candid shot, Randy.

Estupenda imagen. Un abrazo desde Murcia.
Street artists are great!
I would be curious to know just how much money they really make!
Randy, capturing these singers in the green shadows is great and nice patches of sunlight behind them.

i'm assuming the 2 seated are the singers you were referring to. what's the sharply dressed gent about? :)
I would pay most of ours to keep them silent!
Same here Randy, I like it a lot, the majority of them are fantastic entertainers.
I like the guy with the hat!

I think you can find some of the best music on street corners!
You always find the neatest shots to take. I would love to have heard them.
It was the guy in the hat who grabbed my attention too!
If they are good, it makes a lunchtime walk even more pleasurable!
You need to start a new blog

I usually love street music.

Such wonderful happenings make for such a healthy city. Thanks for a superb perspective, Randy.
They almost look like people you would see on the streets of NYC--just walking!! (not singing).
Singing in the park, i like it!
