One thing I love about this time of year is how many people you meet as your walking around the city. Not only can they be colorful people but they also wear some colorful hats too.
I just wrote something on the topic of how many people you see out walking. But none of my people have had such amazing hats. I shall have to be on the lookout!

Looks like the recent rain helped to turn everything green...a pleasant walk, with or without a hat.!
You're right Randy, when the weather's good and you're out walking it's so much easier to talk to folk than when everyone's hurrying to keep dry!!
