I caught this shot at a local gallery. I was shooting the shadow and the painting and was surprised by the heater after I downloaded the shot. Happy Wednesday.
What makes these shadows so "southwest iconic" is the fact that the smooth background of the adobe makes a great palette for them. I can see why Santa Fe artists get so inspired.

The facade is gorgeous, I love the blue as detail and your composition is adorable. I'm sure it's a place that I need to visit someday!

The colors of the door and the trim are wonderful with the adobe.
Beautiful color for a doorway.
The colors you find are so alive and vibrant! Love it.. that heater shadow really does vie for attention...
Wonderful BLUE in the adobe. Nice combination with the heater. Fantastic light.

Isn't if funny how those things pop up when you didn't see them before? Love the colors here.

Did you get a close-up of the painting? It looks interesting.
I can understand why -- the blue door would have distracted me! :)

Wow - it is the blue that caught my eye!
Awesome capture Randy!
I think this is going to be one of my favourites ever because of the adobe and those blues and yellows!
I find the color of the trim and the painting wonderful. I don't even see the shadows until an after thought. Funny how the eye sees.
