This painter took a break from her painting to chat with a visitor. I wish I had capture the finished piece. Wishing you all a wonderful weekend and a happy Friday!
I see that painting and think "I can scribble like that" but in reality I know it would not come out the same. The more I look at it, the more I like it. I too like it unfinished.

I find charming this opportunity to chat with the artist!
Nice composition on this photo. I really like street scenes with people.
Have a great weekend, Randy! I love the colors in this shot.
Nice easy going street life
Have a wonderful weekend Randy :)
Randy I believe her window in the painting will end up being turquois when finished. That is a fine play of shadows in your pic.
Friday and the weekend already. Time flys when your having fun!
Love this place, I am sure I will spend a lot of time there...
So many artists, so little time. I think it speaks well of the painter that she stopped what she was doing to talk with a visitor!
Have a wonderful weekend!
Friendly artists? Santa Fe must be a great place! :)
yeah, i want to know how it turned out.....quick, go back!
It's amazing how a city can have so many artists!
Have a good weekend Randy! ;-)
Funny, I like the unfinished piece! TGIF & have a great weekend, Randy... don't study too hard!

I agree with your other commenter - the shadows in this photo are great.
And I enjoy the colors, of course.
The art just never stops there! LOL

I am always amazed by people how paint. Fun to see their process.
a neat street scene.
It's always nice to be able to chat with artists...
Wonderful street scene, this makes me so homesick....
Happy weekend.
Pintores puros de la calle.
Saludos y un abrazo.
Street artists do a much better job (with a personal touch)
Nice colors! Have a great weekend Randy!
I love the mystery of the artist, unseen by the photographer. The dark shadows are gorgeous in this street/art scene.

I love this photo. I've got to get to Santa Fe soon. I hope you have a nice weekend Randy! =)
So much talent! Happy Friday!
Excellent candid shot Randy, looks like a colourful painting.
Took a break and hid from you, lol!
Happy Friday!
You have captured the atmosphere of the street here! Love being able to look along the roadway.
It might not be finished, but I like it.
Well finished or not, it looks great! Nice of hear to take a break. Many artists don't want to be interrupted.
Was he painting a street scene or did he just pull this out of his head? It's lovely!
So great that you are able to capture these moments---Roadside America!
I am just wanting to see the painter under the hat. It's like you are teasing us. Very interesting painting. It needs some blue.
I always enjoy the works of sidewalk artists.
Like Becky, I, too, like the unfinished painting. It's lovely to be able to watch an artist at work.
Love this photo. Makes me think that every day street life in Santa Fe is always full of art.
