Great shot. Your perfect Santa Fe style. I like this so much.Randy, I never expected that my last post would be your favorite. O.K. it got the most comments so far.
And I even love the look of the window, if it's a window. Just super! Happy Saturday!
Quite a difference indeed. I always like your adobe photos, they look so different from any other building.
la vieja puerta de atrás, como siempre preciosa la fotosaludos y un abrazo.
It is a nice glimpse of a rustic building.
Looks like the windows are boarded up, too. Wouldn't it be great to know the history of the building and the people who had lived there?
Wonderful old gate, the many beauties of Santa Fe lie in those old adobes and gates.
nice shot! that beautiful blue sky sets it off quite nicely!
Very nice Randy. Great colors. Have a nice weekend.
Very nice old structure!
Nice door in that adobe building, Dandy Randy!I send you a cyber piece of my cake today!
I love the old wooden doors...Hope your not stuck in the computer lab ALL day- it looks like it's going to be a gorgeous day!
The rustic doors do look really cool. I am interested in the window shutters. That is a window, no? Is the place boarded up while the owners are away? Those stick and branch shutters are one of a kind.
It does have that worn, weathered look about it - both the door and the building...I like, a lot!
It's amazing how everything in adobe is so beautiful!Have a good Saturday Randy! ;-)
wow great blue sky and contrast!
This one is tack sharp and those adobe colors really do contrast nicely with the blue sky. The aged and the gate are excellent pieces of the composition too.
That gate has a lot of character!
I love the beautiful old wood.
Lovely textures and colours. Love that shutter over the window too.
Of course that's what my grandfather did. jjjj.Good shot.Greetings
Love this very old door on its very old building... Santa Fe is full of rich architecture not found anywhere else.Bises,Genie
Amazing window treatment, too. Adobe homes are so unique.
This is such a wonderful shot - and definitely represents the Santa Fe that I love.
Needless to say I love it! :-)
You have some great old buildings in Santa Fe
Perfect composition, so nicely balanced. These old adobe doors and windows are fabulous.
I'm torn...I like the age of this gate, but it's just screaming for some of that beautiful Santa Fe blue paint. Preservation is a good thing too.
It's hard to imagine this ever having been new, but it's more beautiful this way.
