A Santa Fe Christmas Wreath.

If you don't want the usual Christmas pine wreath there is always our traditional Christmas wreath. Red Chile wreaths can be found all over New Mexico this time of year. Well really you can find them all year round. Their a great gift for the cook in your life.

Those look great. I thought it was holly or poinsettia. Great use of local flora. Also a great photo.

The chili wreaths do seem very New Mexican. You rarely see them in New England.
