Red on Red.

Well La Nina has done her best and we still have no snow. While out on my walk the other day I caught sight of this red gate with it's red tiled cover and a red chile wreath. Maybe it's a sign of a spicy weekend to come. Hope your's is full of spice.

A lovely wreath! It's wonderful how we all use things we find where we live to decorate for the same holiday, and often with the same colors!

I like matching door and Xmas wreath. Have an amazing weekend

A greener wreath would look better on that door, I think. ;)

This is a nice red gate with tiled top. Not something you would see in Ocala, probably.

Spicy food, though, at my age, is hard on the tummy. Wait, what kind of "spicy" are you talking about? Hmmm...might be other ways to "spice" up my weekend, right? Heh, heh!

Have a great Friday yourself!

Oh, a chile wreath! I love it! I doubt I could find something like that up here in the frigid northwest, but I'd love to find one of those for my dad. He's a chile fiend! Love the red on red.

I can't tolerate spices in food, but I love it in personality.
I was just talking to someone from Louisiana last night and loved their accent and said "the way you say that has so much spice to it"
I like the color in your shot, cheerful.

What a delightful view. A chile wreath is certainly something I've never seen before, it's lovely, even against the red door.

Oo I love the red red theme. Not your expected combo. Also appreciate the hanging metal star lanterns. I have one of those but it's inside.

Nice how you play with the colors. And red is a spicy color.

Randy, if you're hankering for snow, come visit. Forecast is for 12 to 18 inches starting in a few hours.

Gate and wreath are great colours.
