Blue Gate.

Snow highlights various things in the landscape. While drive home one day these blue gates stopped me dead in my tracks.

Snow does have that marvellous capacity to make things look different. Those blue gates are stunning against the white.

I think that a great theme for Santa Fe would be gates/doors because of all the interesting ones I've seen there. I did that while in Mexico and it's a delightful visual task. Go for it!!~

Clever framing using the white !

Does this mean you don't keep your eye on the road when driving? Are you always on the look out for interesting subjects to photograph? :)

Love the blueness against the white!

Hope you're having the loveliest holidays!

Many thanks for your patience, and for visiting Norwich Daily Photo and leaving your comment. Come visit again tomorrow!

I wouldn't spontaneously associate this door with the surrounding adobe walls but hey, it works, especially with that lovely, plush, white carpet!

Gorgeous! I hope to get some photos like these with the next snowfall. The weather reports say we'll have low's as cold as 4 degrees at the end of the week!!! But, then, they also called for snow that never came!
