You see them everywhere, newspaper boxes, even electrical boxes covered in stickers or graffiti. I found this little whatever it is close to home. Whatever it is it sure looks happy.
I love it, Randy! The City of Toronto now has a program where they hire artists to decorate utility boxes in order to discourage graffiti and it seem to be working.
