The other day while spending time with my niece we stop for lunch and as we parked I caught sight of this vintage Falcon. I have seen it around town and normally the red color is not so vivid. The bath must have been good for it.
My first car was a turquoise blue Ford Falcon! I loved that car -- your rainy post brings back memories. And it occurs to me a TURQUOISE blue Falcon would have fit in perfectly in Santa Fe! (Ha.)
That car never did interest me. Don't see many around any more for sure. I like the rain shot as I liked your comment on Ocala ... "snack"! Very funny!

The raindrops appear to enhance the color of the car rather than obscure it.
Even my old car looks better in the rain. They based the Mustang on those and a lot of the parts are the same in the early years.
Sharp car...a classic.
One of my granddads got a Falcon when they were introduced back in the '50s.
cute shot!
My mom had one of those!
Neat how you shot this!
Personally I think everything looks better in the rain Randy :)
The bright color makes a nice contrast with the raindrops!
So, you have rain too! It's raining like crazy here this morning.
I'd like to have it.
I don't see many of those any more.
My dad had a station wagon one! Thanks for the memory boost, Randy!
Used to see lots of these around when I first got my driver's license... Not so common to see them anymore though.
Nice one. We had rain yesterday and I tried to do some rainy windshield photos, but I like yours better than what I got.
Love that I'm looking through the raindrops on your windshield. Super shot!
