Neighborhood Dragon

This big metal dragon as you can see sits on top of the Ellsworth Gallery.  This gallery sits across from the new hotel that is still in construction. Imagine seeing this view out of your hotel room.

I wouldn't mind, I'm not afraid of dragons! :-)

It's even more fierce looking in person and upclose! There are some cool little restaurants in that area, too.

They should have made it to where it moved a little every now and then just to make things interesting.

I wonder how they dragged that dragon to the top of the building. If I woke up in the morning and saw that out of my hotel window, I'd probably drag my behind out of there very quickly!

Hope your weekend is off to a good start!

Scary critters atop that building!

It might be a bit startling at least for a second or two.

I don't think I would want to walk under it to get to the door!

With a dragon on the roof I can only imagine what would be on display inside the gallery?

It certainly would be a talking point Randy :)

I would ask for a room with a view out the back.

Really well done, my hats off to the artist(s) who came up with this sculpture to adorn their gallery!

I wouldn't want to wake up in the middle of the night and see it :)

What better sky to contrast with the adobe building?!

They have to get rid of the dragon, wouldn't they?
