Ever since I moved here in 2007 and the Railyard started to become a reality, there has been talk of a theater opening next to one of the building. First it started with a big hole being dug, it's still there. Now they moved to placing this sign on the fence surrounding the hole. Someday it will come.

They got the hole and fence part figured out it won't be long now.
Hope it is a sure "Sign" that construction is ready to begin.
Such small steps can be soooo frustrating. But I bet it will all be worth it in the end.

We had quite a few developments that sat half finished that were started around 2008. I've noticed that some of them have just recently been completed. I guess it took awhile to climb out of that financial hole.

These projects do take a long time! But hopefully worth the wait.
A sign usually indicates that they ready to get started ... Or maybe to generate interest.

That's very common in our country, and a lot of abandoned construction as well.

I would look on that as a good sign alright! Looks like it's going to be quite the structure judging by the picture on the banner anyway.
