On the way home I stopped at the Railyard Park to take a few more "Blue" shots. This view gave me a touch of wanderlust. It might be time for a road trip. Enjoy your Sunday.
I feel like I just got back from my trip to London and already I'm thinking of the next place I want to go. Must be the "nomad" in me. Love the snowy tracks.

Ah, them ol' railroad blues - I can almost hear the bottleneck sliding down the guitar strings.
This one is even better, with those tracks going on forever in the mixed blues of snow and sky...
Nice blue shot. I never thought of snow pics as blue shots...but you're right!!!
If you go on a road trip, be sure to take your camera!
Railroad tracks and snow - what a beautiful combination!
Love this one.
that looks lonely and lost.
Seeing shiny railroad tracks on a Blue Day would stir my wanderlust also! Knowing they also led back home-would cinch the deal!
Nice shot. Good POV.
Wanderlust is something that affects me just about every day! Would you take the train though?
I can hear the trains winding through the hills near us, nothing like a slow moving freight to make the cold feel colder.
Great composition!
Blue Christmas... it works.

Love the snowy tracks.
This reminds me it snowed in Cairo, can you believe it?
Love the perspective, Randy!
Sometimes I crave images like these, with a slightly moodier atmosphere. Great shot Randy!
Excellent composition, Randy.
Sometimes shots like this do make you yearn to travel :)
Randy, I have been feeling a bit of wanderlust as well. Nice photo, though it does feed the feelings a bit!
Real nice picture, love the subject mater!
Yes to road trip! I love the blues of these rail lines, going on forever...
There is something about railway tracks that I like. They look great with the snow too!
Just go for the idea of a "road trip."
How about a RAIL trip?
I guess I hit Publish too soon. I once took a trip from Flagstaff to Albuquerque and back for a day. It's a nice ride. You might try it!
