It's Friday!!!

And for me a four day weekend! The Morgan Crow gallery is on Canyon Road and this is also one of my favorite gallery signs. Friday evening is a wonderful time to catch some gallery openings and maybe grab a bite to eat in a nearby eatery.

Wishing you all a fun weekend. It's the Last big weekend of summer make the most of it!

Randy - amazing photo!!
love the contrast of the 2 halfs of it

many people would just walk by and not take a photo because it wasn't this 'huge thing - I love it when people see subtle moments of beauty - and have to capture that ... which you did
thank you

It's been a long week. In fact, it's been a long summer and we here in Texas are ready to see it go!

I like the sign also. I'm with Kathy...I'm ready to see the summer go. It's a shame to be wishing my life away, but the heat has been hard on me this year. But when I read your post, it brought back evenings spent elsewhere when this time of year really was a shifting between the seasons. Happy Friday!

Lucky you getting a 4 day weekend. Mine is only a three day weekend and I'm headed up to Flagstaff to get out of the heat for a while. Have a great one!

I was just thinking about NM today on my walk. I really want to visit there again but the time just keeps skipping by and before you know it, it will be October and I will be occupied. Why can't there be money at the same time as there is time? Or the other way around! Never do I have both of them (time and money) at the same time.

Thanks for the tip on the gallery opening. I decided instead to go to Museum Hill because it is the last Free Friday night at some of the museums there. Since I'm leaving on Thursday, guess I'll have to come back another time!

Aaaii, I was going to go over to Canyon Rd- a friend of a friend was having an opening last night, but I was too tired to go after school! I took this weekend off so I could go to Hatch! Hope you have a wonderful weekend, too!
