Yes it does look inviting. There is one just like this around the corner from my house. I always want to take a picture of it, then I remember I've already snapped it many times before!
Okay, I'm going to play detective. Where I live, even numbered addresses are on the north side of the street and since the light is coming from the right (or east) I'm guessing this is a morning shot. How did I do? Regardless, I love the lighting in this shot and the welcoming porch.
Pretty little gate But where does it go And if you enter Will you come to know The folks who live In that little house With one lazy cat And one big lazy mouse?

Very! I should like to open that little gate and see where it leads.
What great ironwork on that gate. It was obviously fabricated by a very talented craftsman.
I would not mind sitting on that front porch for a while
soaking up some vitamin D..
Nice one Randy!
Nice iron work Randy!
It does look inviting, especially the way you have captured the lighting on the gate. Wonderful moment in time.
Very warm and pleasant scene at Gate Number 476!

What a gorgeous gate!
It does look like a very welcoming home Randy, like the white cane chair on the porch.
I would love to see what's on the other side of that gate.
Come on in, Randy.
They are their own types of art. Very nice looking one there.
Looks like a mature neighborhood, I like all the healthy plant life!
Strong and interesting at the same time...
Is the frame made of wood? If so, it's very unusual and I really like it.
It sure does look inviting. Like a real home. *sigh*
Very welcoming, I like the wall too.
Wonderful and inviting! Perfect warm light. Nice gate and garden.
I love the adobe wall!
yes- it ALL does - from the wicker chair to the address numbers.
Indeed it looks inviting, love the gate and the porch.
I love those little places like this. I always think that they look like a nice spot to sit and read a book in.
I find it inviting too!
