Yes it does look inviting. There is one just like this around the corner from my house. I always want to take a picture of it, then I remember I've already snapped it many times before!

Very! I should like to open that little gate and see where it leads.

What great ironwork on that gate. It was obviously fabricated by a very talented craftsman.

I would not mind sitting on that front porch for a while
soaking up some vitamin D..

It does look inviting, especially the way you have captured the lighting on the gate. Wonderful moment in time.

It does look like a very welcoming home Randy, like the white cane chair on the porch.

I would love to see what's on the other side of that gate.

Is the frame made of wood? If so, it's very unusual and I really like it.

I love those little places like this. I always think that they look like a nice spot to sit and read a book in.

I find it inviting too!

Okay, I'm going to play detective. Where I live, even numbered addresses are on the north side of the street and since the light is coming from the right (or east) I'm guessing this is a morning shot. How did I do? Regardless, I love the lighting in this shot and the welcoming porch.

Pretty little gate
But where does it go
And if you enter
Will you come to know
The folks who live
In that little house
With one lazy cat
And one big lazy mouse?
