Although most of our snow is gone there are still some icy areas, like the Santa Fe river. What little water is in there is still just ice. We were supposed to get snow today but it passed us by again. I am starting a class at the community college this evening so if I don't get back to everyone today I will stop by your blogs on Tuesday.

Sympa ce ruisseau encore gelé dans la foret. et puis bonne classe.
Well caotured! I took a photo of Santa Fe river in summer and it wasn't more water then!
A nice shot of this frozen river
Would like to see this one in spring or summer:)
Have a nice monday..and don't rush! :)
You may not have snow but the frozen stream says that it is quite frigid there! Best of luck with your class, Randy!
Bises,
G
I like the way the tree trunk intersects the corner of t he photo. I hope that the class is interesting. Too bad about the snow; I'd gladly trade our ground cover for yours!
Good luck with your class... and keep an eye on the ici areas!
Oh, icy river!
Be careful going home!
I love this kind of shot, specially because we don't have low temperatures around here (it's very cold in winter but not so cold like yours).
Have a good class. ;-)
Be glad that the snow passed you by this time.
Lovely image... indeed!
Have a nice starting class, honey!
Cheers and peaceful!
Many kisses.
Have a great class. It still looks cold Randy.
Like a perfect painting. And your posts are so varied. Just great!
It's funny ! you are so far and Ihave
made shots like you here !!!
yours are beautiful Randy !
have a nice week
It looks like a white ribbon in the woods.
A lovely shot of a fine-looking crick! (I heard that word in Minnesota!) Icy is dicey but better in a creek than on a road!
Good luck on your class...sounds like fun. Whatcha learning?
Have a great day!
También esta haciendo un duro invierno en España. Feliz dia Martes.
Well, it's only January so there's plenty more time for snow. LOL
(By the way, I like snow as long as I don't have to drive in it.)
We were supposed to get a hard winter here in the pacific northwest, but I guess it all went your way instead! We've hardly been below freezing all season!
Happy,icy, Monday!
I would think a waterway named after a town would be a little bit larger than what we here in Cailfornia would consider a creek. I must go visit Sante Fe and see what this is all about.
Not much snow left here..
Thanks for nice comments in my blog. I appreciate it.
Have a nice week:)
That's beautiful in a very organic earthy way. Happy travels see you soon!
Hello randy,
finally back from my holidays, I discover all your latest photos ! It's always pleasant come see you, i liked "royal rose" and "howdy partner", very beautiful !!
Bye**
Snow certainly brightens the landscape but maybe spring is on its way to you!
Very natural scene, I like it.
Cool for your class!
Hey, I wish we could have some ice. Lucky you!
I love a frozen stream in the winter. Nice capture, Randy.
Did you enjoy your class at the college?
Took any interesting pictures there?
It's lovely. Your river looks to have as much water - in your case, ice - as Arizona rivers.
I like the earthy tones. Have fun in your class!
Yes, it still looks chilly. What kind of class are you taking?
Great shot! I agree with Eyeliquor, I wonder how it looks at that time as well.
I hope your class goes well!
As you know, that looks like one of our rivers. Minus the ice, of course!
I saw it snow for like 10 minutes out the windows at work yesterday morning... but by lunch time, it was sunny! good luck on your first class!
I took a class at the community college last year. German. That lasted about 4 weeks... What're you up to, Randy?
THose are cool machines.
I love this photo. It reminds me so much of my week in northern New Mexico about 10 years ago. I spent a lot of time along the Pecos River. Beautful, beautiful land.
