Of course once you buy your Green Chile you going to want them roasted. This guy was watching the crowd passing buy the Farmers Market while roasting some Green Chile. There is nothing like the smell of roasting chilies in the air.
A couple of years ago, I drove all the way to Flagstaff to get some freshly roasted green chilis. You are so right the smell fantastic and taste even better.
