No doubt it's winter!
I also love a tree lined avenue Randy and I think the winter tree skeletons look just as fabulous.
It looks a might chilly, even without snow. Each morning I check the temp of SF, wishing I were there instead of here!
That's the season, but we already see tiny leaves on some trees here...
Trees in winter look the same Maine and New Mexico.
There is a special beauty to trees that have gone bare.
I love trees in the winter.
I like seeing the "bones" of the trees in winter.
I've always thought bare trees could be attractive as their branches sort of etch themselves across the sky!
they're beautiful bare, too. :)
I am wondering how such large trees can survive with so little open ground space around them.
This time of year allows the buildings to be exposed in a way that you just can't photograph when the trees are all leafed out.
It's nice to see the structure of the trees but you are right, it is nicer to see them green! ;-)
