Yesterday while walking around the plaza I noticed these umbrellas right away. It was chilly out but the sun was very bright out. I guess they had no use for a little Vitamin D.
That's a super street shot. Fun and funky. Re your question on Ocala: Yes, I popped a cork; it hit me in the face. Now I have a bloody nose, and a black eye, and the doctor says I can't drink! Sheesh!
This strikes me as kind of ironic... Over here on the West Coast the only time you see an umbrella is in the rain, when the sun comes out the umbrellas are nowhere to be seen!

Nah, just kidding.
I've always thought "shade umbrellas" are silly,
especially when it's chilly.
Oh well . . .
Love it!
Nice catch!
The sun is low on the horizon. You can tell by the angle of the sunshades. Must be winter.
I think I would have been enjoying the sunshine but maybe after a few hours I would like a bit of shade too.
what a great photo! love it!
I think it was just in their eyes!
I would be soaking up a little bit of that sunshine. It has been sparse in my neck of the woods lately.
I like umbrellas!
I would have been soaking up that sun to keep warm.
This is a good one, Randy!
This is such a fun photo, Randy!
I would have been sucking up the natural Vit D instead of having to take pills! It's warm here today but no sun.
I've always liked the idea of shade brollies but never do it (unlike Lowell, look at his profile pic!!!)
I suppose those are Native sellers?
I could understand their use if it was a hot day, but this time of year?
