Cowboys: Real and Imagined

I took this shot as I was leaving Spanish Market. Cowboys, Real and Imagined is the current exhibition at the New Mexico History Museum. These posters were hanging outside of the Palace of the Governors. I just might have to spend a lunch hour there. Have a super week everyone! To read more about this exhibit click here.

That museum is always worth a visit; too bad photography is prohibited.

My dream as a young person was to be a cowboy...like in the movies. But, life intervened! :)

I'm afraid I would be one of the imagined cowboys with brand new cowboy boots and cowboy hat.
