How do you like it?

At the Farmer's Market there is an assortment of vendors who sell chile. This vender had dried red chile that can be used for a variety of dishes. One of my favorite happens to be Breakfast Enchiladas with Red Chile. A little bacon, eggs, wrapped in a flour tortilla with melted cheese and red chile.

"Medium" to the vendor may mean "HOT!" to the customer.

I'd have to get some of the kind in the back under the sign that says "hot".

I'm not very adventurous but I'd try it.

I could handle that for brunch but not for an early breakfast! ;-)

We were out the other night and it was rainy and chilly. I didn't much like it.

Oh, wait, you're talking about something else. I guess I'll go chill out!

This would be a wonderful place to pop by anytime, but especially when planning out the coming week's menu:)

Just a little bit of chilly powder lasts so long in our household... but it is so good too.

I love red chile. I usually pick red, and on rare occasion green, though every once in a while, I enjoy picking "Christmas."
