Most of us who live here know the state question; "Red or Green?" Green chili is in season here but for those who prefer Red you can get that too. Here you have Medium, Hot or Super Hot. What's your preference when it comes to spicy? I'm a medium kind of guy myself.

I'm not sure, but these bags are full of we in Mexico call Mole? Here are Pipian, Mole Verde, Mole Poblano, Amarillito from Sierra de Oaxaca and some that I haven't tasted yet. I'm sure in Santa Fe are a lot of Mexican cuisine, isn't? Saludos.
I will be cautious here: your medium is probably still a bit too much for me, but I'd like to know something more about red and green.
It's green all the way. Mild is for tourists, hot for the brave locals, and medium is just right for everyone.
Any low-heat chili powder in that pile?
Non for me, thank you very much.
Sometimes medium is hot and hot is medium or it could be super hot and then you get hot which is more like super hot but sometimes just like medium and sometimes the super hot makes smoke come out of your ears other times it's more like hot or medium.
I like spicy myself.
I can almost smell that earthy aroma.
Thank you for the birthday wishes!
Looks like you've been at the farmer's mkt again! I love both Red & Green... hard to decide which i like better! Mild is good in some cases, but prefer spicy!
LOL to Tracy's comment- that was hilarious!
Not sure which I like best, but FOR SRE it's not hot. :)
Oh, I do love chili. I love putting it on almost everything I eat. I think I could muster up eating the super hot one.
I like medium but my hubby likes hot. We have to get some of each. Tracy's comment made me laugh.
Yeah, I agree with VP. I normally like hot but I'll stick with medium just in case.
I'm a mild! Colorful stuff, though. One cannot know, however, a spice by its color! I think someone said that once.
a good title for an interesting post! However, very little for me! I prefer herbs less violent!
Bye !! :-)
I like medium to hot despite my lefse lips heritage, (Scandinavian). Though I do like it hot and spicy, sometimes the the flavors from medium are much better. But in a chili, it has to be hot!
'Red Hot Chili Peppers'! :-) I like it hot.
The hotter the better as far as I'm concerned!
Don't tell my doctor, but I like it super hot! I did however met my match when I ordered spaghetti in Bali and they must have used half a kilo of cayenne.
Hope you have a great start to your week!
