Angels At The Door

This is one of the Christmas store in the downtown area. But these little angels can be found year round. There are quite a few artists in the state who carve them out of wood. Hope eveyone has a great weekend.

Espresso Anyone?

Father Sky, Mother Earth Cafe and Gallery is in the downtown area of town. There is always nice pieces of art hanging in the windows.

Native American Arts and Jewelry

This is what the people from yesterdays photo were shopping for. This is at the Palace of the Govenors Museum. The the artisans gather at 6 am in the morning for a lottery of who will be able to sell their wares on the plaza that day. The artist must create a piece of art in front of a panel of their peers to prove that they are the artist who created the jewelry or art. It is a huge tourist attraction here in Santa Fe.

These people are shopping but for what? This was taking on the plaza in downtown Santa Fe. Stay tuned, tomorrow I will show you what they are shopping for.

Sunday Hangout

This is the St Francis Cathedral in downtown Santa Fe. I am sure it will be crowded today.

Fly Fishing Anyone?

The Reel Life is a store in the downtown area that specializing in fishing equipment for the fisherman in your life.

Ceramic Chili

While you will see the real thing hanging around most homes and shops. You will eventually come across some ceramic chili's. Have a great weekend everyone.

Patio Seating

This is no longer the seen here in Santa Fe. Granted its not that warm to sit outside but most of our snow is gone except on the mountain.

These doors are at the entrance of the resturant for the Anasazi Inn in the downtown area.

Old Trees

I love the look of these old trees. So much life. If they could only tell stories.

I didn't really look at this photo until I put it on the computer. The view of the trees makes it look like this is the whole tree when it is really just the tree tops.

Snowy Red Truck

Next to the alter from yesterdays photo was this beautiful old truck. Our snow is almost gone. But we are expecting more for Valentines day.
