Museum Visit

We spent Valentines day on Museum Hill, mostly for the Harry Fonseca opening. His paintings are so beautiful and breath taking. For the opening they have Valentines day sweets for your tasting pleasure. My favorite was the Chocolate cake!

What a coincidence since we were there, too, at the suggestion of a friend. Loved his coyote series and the video was so informative, too! Sent the information on the artist and his life to the art department at the school where I formerly taught English. I thought the cupcakes were delicious and now have a heart-shaped ring which was atop the cupcake for my granddaughter. I think Museum Hill is a treasure trove of art and photo ops. Stay tuned! PS. We stopped at Tortilla Flats and I had a marvelous veggie quesadilla (oops, spelling!--need to brush up on my vocabulary and Spanish)and the uncomparable sopapilla. I am so thrilled to be here in your wonderful city!

I really like his work as well. Colorful and upbeat!
I'm visiting Santa Fe this summer. Any recommendations?

What a clever idea, luring people towards art by using infallible methods like chocolate cake! I like this museum and its marketing strategies.
