This beaded blanket was created by artist Teri Greeves. I think you would have to have alot of patience to create such a piece.

Lizard Pot

This Micaceous lizard pot is the product of artist Bea Duran. I love the lizard on the rim of the pot. This type of clay is great for cookware. We have one and once you make beans in one you'll never go back to regular cook wear again.

"Photographing Sioux Delegates"

You'll want to click on this photo for a better look. This painting by artist Jim Yellowhawk had drawn a big audience while I was trying to get a good photo of it. I didn't mean to capture that Turquoise hat in the shot.

This was one of the first booths that we stopped at when we went to the Indian Market on Saturday. These were hand built by artist Phyllis Tosa. My favorite was the one with the Hummingbird on it.

Lost in the Crowd.

This is where I will be again today. Lost in the crowd of Indian Market. Yesterday we saw so much wonderful art (coming soon). We going back today to hear R.Carlos Nakai who is the "world's premier performer of the Native American flute." I have seen him many times when I lived in Arizona and I am so happy that he is here in Santa Fe. Wishing everyone a peaceful Sunday.

They're Everywhere.

I love these sculptures that move with the wind as you have all seen on my blog before. They can be found here next to the Loretto chapel and even in Sedona Arizona at a gallery that I believe is where they originated. Check out that sky!

Blue Sky

I've said it once and I will say it again. There is nothing like the Blue skies of New Mexico. Not to mention some of the biggest clouds I have ever seen. Sometimes you just wish you could ride on one.

Beauty in Clay

This is my last Spanish Market photos. This artist had some beautiful pieces made from clay. If I had the money this would be sitting in my home now.

Your Sunday Alter

Can you imagine this alter in your home. I think it would be perfect if you have a small chapel on your property. I can only imagine how long it took the artist to make this.

Planters for the Dead.

Not that you would want to put dead plants in here but these Day of the Dead pots would be perfect with some beautiful flowers at your front door.

Saint and Angels

When at the Spanish Market I kept staring at this piece thinking about the love and patience that the artist must have possessed to create such a lovely piece. Have a great weekend everyone!

There were different displays by all the different artists at Spanish Market. Some of the more simple ones were some of my favorites.
