On the 4th of July this kid was wondering around the Farmers Market with some pretty colorful hair. Click on the photo to get a look at the little girls face in front of him. Pretty funny.
That little girl's expression is just perfect. The woman behind her is a little concerned also. I'm just guessing, but judging from the comment on the back of his t-shirt he might have been a fireman.
You're right, the girl's reaction (fright?) is priceless. Funny isn't it that regular folks can get away with the wierdest attire when gathering to have fun and celebrate. The kid probably thinks he fits right in.
