Theme Day: Postcard-worthy


As most of your know each first day of the month is Theme day for all City Daily Photo bloggers and our theme on this 1st of August is "postcard worth." Sunflowers are blooming like crazy all over our city right now and yesterday the sky was a perfect backdrop for this happy flower.

    Well, you know i think sunflowers are the happiest flower! :) My mom has some beauties growing around her garden. I am glad to know they are blooming in Santa Fe, AND I hear parts of the forest are reopening! YAY! I am headed back this week.

    I love the French word "tournesol" implying the turn toward the sun. To see fields of these sunflowers turning toward the rising or setting sun is amazing as is your postcard, indeed-worthy, shot here!
