Spanish Market # 5


These Retablos are the work of Amanda Greigo from Los Lunas, New Mexico. What I just love about her work is the way she paints the eyes on her saints. I will have to get one for my home one of these days. Click on the photo for a better look.

  24. I followed your link and was surprised at how young the artist is. I often associate retablos with male painters; I wonder if that is accurate or just a misconception of mine?
