When the weather is as cold as it has been lately downtown clears out pretty quick at 5pm. I shot this right after I left work. The building with the white trim on the right is City Hall.
Where have all the people gone? I guess there isn't much sense hanging out when it's so cold. It's been cold and rainy here for the past few days, so we've stayed home, too!
The sun sets pretty early too, but haven't the last two days been terrific. Lots of sunshine and blue skies, although some of the clouds yesterday looked quite threatening!

ReplyDeleteA really nice little scene you captured. I also like the glow in the sky from the sundown.

ReplyDeletei like how the branch mirrors the strip of blue in the sky. :)
ReplyDeleteEveryone must be in front of a nice crackling fire somewhere.
ReplyDeleteIt looks deserted.
ReplyDeleteThe cold certainly keeps people indoors unless it is really sunny at the same time, Randy!
ReplyDeleteA nice city scene!
ReplyDeleteA great scene with that blue sky.
ReplyDeleteNothing like a cold, drab day to put the brakes on outside activities.
ReplyDeleteSanta Fe isn't likely to stay cold for long, is it? Have faith!
ReplyDeleteTo be honest, I love to be walking any day on such scenes.
ReplyDeleteBrr, everyone has the right idea! It's definitely cocoa and fireplace time:)

ReplyDeleteYup, people don't like hanging around in the cold Randy.. although I might like it for while :)
